Registration with DocBook is easy as 1, 2, 3… (4). All you need to get started is the DocBook iPhone App, your Medical Society Number, and your Credit Card (Visa, MC, or AmEx), and you’re ready to get started.

Step 1: Get Ready.

This page contains a brief overview of the registration process (See the Screenshot to the Left). Please take a moment and review the process.

Once you have all the information you need, and are ready to proceed, click the Register for DocBook button.

Step 2: Medical Society, Email, and Password.

The next step is to select your Medical Society, and setup your User Account (See the Screenshot to the Right). When choosing an email address to use, please use one that you access regularly, as we will use this email address to communicate with you regarding your DocBook account.

When you have filled in all the information, the Select Subscription Plan button will activate (See Screenshot to the Right). Click this button to continue.

Step 3: Subscription Selection.

DocBook offers 2 recurring billing options: $5 Monthly; or $50 Yearly (about a 20% savings). On this step, simply select the Payment option which suits you (See Screenshot to the Right), and click the Insert Payment Information button to continue.

Step 4: Payment and Confirmation.

In this final step of the registration process, you will enter your payment information (and promotional code if you have one), and confirm your subscription. If you have a Promotional code, enter that first, and click the Apply Promotion button (See the Screenshot to the Left). If you do not have a promotional code, simply enter your payment information in the fields provided, read and agree to the User License agreement, and click the Complete Registration button.

Step 5: Activate your Subscription & iPhone.

Finally, you will receive an email from docbookmd.com with a link to activate your subscription. Please click this link before you login through your iPhone. Once you’ve clicked this link, open the application on your iPhone, and enter the email address and password you selected when you registered (See the Screenshot to the Right). If you’ve misplaced your login credentials, they are at the end of the confirmation email that you received.
