Third Party Subscription Provider
Our buying process is hosted by Recurly, our PCI-compliant subscription billing provider. They host the payment part of our ordering system, and collect your billing information directly from you for the purpose of processing your order. This company does not use this information for any other purpose.
Third Party Identity Verification
To protect the content of users’ messages and documents, you are required to verify your identity when first setting up your account. We utilize a third party service that requires personal information, such as home address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number; the identity verification service produces ‘out of wallet’ questions which need to be answered correctly to complete your account setup. We do not store any of the personal information, questions, or answers from this process, and the third party service is not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

In order to achieve this, you simply export your contacts to a .csv file and then manually import them into the application by mapping across fields. We do not collect the username and password for the email account you wish to import your contacts from and will only use your imported contacts information for this purpose.

We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
